Cancellation policy
Reservations and payments
To confirm a reservation, Brava Divers may request full or partial payment of the activity.
Reservations will not be considered confirmed until the corresponding payment has been received.
Diving baptisms, snorkeling trips and diving trips
Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid or change of date.
Cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show on the day and time of the activity, your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.
Diving courses
In diving courses, the expenses corresponding to:
digital materials,
e-learning,
certifications,
SSI licenses,
or activated material,
they will not be refundable once activated or sent to the student.
If the course has already begun, Brava Divers may retain the proportional part corresponding to:
sessions held,
dives carried out,
materials used,
and administrative expenses arising from the course.
Weather conditions and safety
Brava Divers reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel any activity if weather, sea or safety conditions are not adequate.
In these cases, the following will be offered:
change of date,
orfull refund of the amount paid.
The final decision on carrying out the activity will always correspond to the technical director of Brava Divers.
Delays, no-shows or cancellations
Participants must arrive in advance as indicated in the reservation.
Significant delays that prevent the correct development of the activity may be considered as a no-show, with no right to a refund.
In the case of reservations for any service (Baptism, diving course, diving trip or snorkeling trip), if the client decides not to carry out the activity once it has started, to suspend it or abandon it for any reason other than force majeure, no refund will be made of any amount paid, as Brava Divers will have provided all the necessary means and services to carry out the activity.
Illness or justified reasons
In cases of illness or justified causes documented, Brava Divers may offer:
change of date,
is valid for a future activity,
or partial refund,
according to each specific situation.
Returns
Refunds, when applicable, will be made using the same payment method used during the reservation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal will not apply to leisure or sports activities that take place on a specific date or period, including diving, snorkeling reservations and scheduled courses.
