1. General information

These General Conditions regulate participation in the activities organized by Brava Divers 2026 SL

Booking an activity implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Activities and services

Brava Divers offers activities related to:

• diving baptisms,

• diving courses,

• snorkeling,

• guided dives,

• specialties,

• and other aquatic activities.

Activities can be adapted according to:

• sea conditions,

• security,

• the level of the participants,

• or professional judgment of the teaching team.

3. Participation requirements

The participants declare:

• be in adequate physical condition to carry out the activity,

• provide truthful information,

• and follow the instructions of the professional team at all times.

In some cases it may be mandatory to complete a medical questionnaire or present an official medical certificate of fitness for diving.

Brava Divers reserves the right to refuse admission if it considers that there is any risk to the safety of the participant or the group.

4. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by their legal representative or present a signed authorization.

The minimum age will depend on the activity and the regulations of the corresponding certifier.

5. Development of activities

Participants undertake to:

• respect safety regulations,

• take care of the material provided,

• and maintain appropriate behavior during activities.

Brava Divers may interrupt a participant's activity if it considers that:

• puts your safety at risk,

• that of the group,

• or violates the instructions of the professional team.

6. Responsibility

Diving and water sports activities carry inherent risks specific to the activity.

Participants agree to participate voluntarily and undertake to follow all safety instructions.

Brava Divers will not be responsible for:

• loss of personal belongings,

• negligence of the participant,

• or failure to comply with safety instructions.

The liability of Brava Divers will be limited to the limits established by applicable legislation and the insurance policies taken out.

7. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.

Any conflict or controversy will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Girona, unless consumer regulations establish another applicable jurisdiction.
